By registering for our 30-Day Golden Wellness Challenge, accessing our health tracking features, or using any of our consultation services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our platform or services.

2. Scope of Services

Eldro+ provides a comprehensive lifestyle wellness program including wellness tracking, reminders, and access to coaching consultations in fitness, psychology, diet, and nutrition. These services are intended to help seniors maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Non-Liability

Consult with a certified healthcare provider before beginning any of the physical activities (e.g., yoga) or dietary plans suggested on our platform. The use of any information or guidance provided by our care coaches and experts is solely at your own risk.

4. Fees, Packages, and Refunds

Registration for our 30-Day Golden Wellness Challenge requires a one-time fee of 4,000 INR. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in our refund policies, and we reserve the right to deny refund requests if program modules or consultations have already been utilized.

5. Complete Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eldro+ (including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, coaches, and partner experts in fitness, psychology, diet, and nutrition) shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for physical injury, health deterioration, medical expenses, loss of profits, data loss, or other intangible losses.
• Any advisory mistakes, delays, omissions, or recommendations made by wellness experts or coaches during direct consultation sessions.
• Technical malfunctions of the website, loss of offline-first tracking data saved on your device, or data transmission failures.

Eldro+ operates strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. You assume full responsibility for your wellness decisions, physical exertion levels, and lifestyle changes made during the challenge.

6. User Eligibility and Consent

Our program is designed specifically for older adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register directly. If you are registering a parent or dependent, you warrant that you have obtained their informed, explicit consent to share their details and manage their profile on our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, and software code on Eldro+ are the exclusive property of Eldro+ or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in our programs or use of our website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
